ADC128S102WGMPR is an engineering prototype packaged part. The wafer lot it comes from is not space qualified. After assembly, the part is tested at room temperature only. ADC128S102 MDR is space qualified, Radiation Hardness Assured bare die. It comes from a space grade wafer lot that has gone through the space qualification as defined in MIL-PRF-38535. Each wafer is radiation tested and qualified.
