Part Number: ADS8920B Hi, we are using 8 x ADS8920 in a development inverter, and we had a failure that caused 5 of them to fail into low impedance (<10ohm) on the VDD (Pin 11) and Vref ( ~100Ohm) for Pin 3. We are not sure on the cause of this failure, do you have any history of failure modes for this component? It might shed some light on what really happened on our development unit. Thank you
