Hi Erik Please confirm you have done the following: 1) Connect ADC12J1600EVM to TSW14J56EVM 2) Apply power and turn on TSW14J56EVM 3) Apply power and turn on ADC12J1600EVM 4) Connect USB cable to ADC12J1600EVM and configure using GUI software 5) Connect USB cable to TSW14J56EVM and launch High Speed Data Converter Pro (HSDC Pro) software (please let us know which version of software you have) 6) Does HSDC Pro software recognize the TSW14J56EVM ? 7) Select ADC tab and choose ADC12J4000 _BYPASS device 8) When prompted download firmware 9) Does firmware download complete?
