Hi Alicia, Thanks for the extra information. I think I understand the problem more clearly now. Do all electrodes need to be tested for pace detection at the same time? That will be difficult to do unless you're willing to increase the data rate, which I agree has negative consequences on noise performance. You mentioned measuring all leads "one by one". This makes me think that you can apply the pace to one lead, then measure all other leads through the two PACE amplifiers. You'll need to reconfigure the PACE register (15h) to change the selected leads, then measure the output. Once you've cycled through all leads, then you can apply the PACE signal to the next lead. Do you think something like that can work? Best Regards,
