Hi Hajun Unfortunately we don't have support for larger capture depths in the TSW14J57EVM rev B board. If you obtained this board from a TI salesperson please contact them and request it be replaced with the latest version (Rev E). If you purchased the board from the TI.com store you'll need to purchase a newer version to enabled the latest firmware capabilities. We are in the process of getting the updated High Speed Data Converter Pro firmware/software loaded to TI.com, but apparently that has not happened yet. Please check back next week. Software version 5.00 or higher should enable the capabilities you need. I hope this is helpful. Best regards, Jim B
