Hi Hooman,
We have not updated it at all. I unistalled and reinstalled it again and the issue is still there. I also tried it again on a new XP machine, again same problem. Let me also say that I tried the both versions of the software we could obtain. One came in a CD with the Boards (this worked on XP but not Windows 7). We also downloaded a newer version from TI's website which worked on Windows 7. But with both, we have the same issue: it can not load the FPGA image; upon opening the software it gives the FPGA booting error as explained above. I also tried various power up sequences I found in various board manuals (i.e., the one came with the CD and the ones available through the website). Again same problem.
Could the problem be something related to the board itself (a hardware problem)?
Thanks,
Kamyar
