Hi Bob, thanks a lot for you help so far because it helped me out a lot. I am using a 4 wire RTD setup. As a reference Resistor i am using 820 Ohm with 1% accuracy. I resolved my data issue. The mistake was in the Mikrocontroller which is connected to the ADS1248 . I was reading out the wrong adress area so the 0xFFFF mistake came and somehow i had jumping values. Now i have quite stable values. Today I was testing the system and i got temperature results which had an diffrence of 1-2 degrees C° to a reference temperature measurement device. I measured with 20C° and 60C°. Could it be that my reference Resistors with the 1% accuracy is the reason for the drift in the result ? When I am using the SELFLOCAL calibration after power up do i need to do something else ? So the OFC register is updated by itself after calibration and adds a pre factor to the output code ? For the filter values, it was intendet to be nF and not uF I had a little typing mistake there. I have a question regarding of measuringen two sensors in the path. Is it correct that i have to write to the MUX0 register to change the input channels before each measurement with different RTD's ? Best regards
