THE picture is from the page 31 of the LM96511 datasheet. The solution is used to prevent the LNA  from being overloaded .

There are some questions about it .

1: which schotty clamp should we select;

2: how to use the s1 and may I elimate the switch s1? If we must use the switch the switch s1, which one should we use?
