Hi Nishimura, From the data sheet, here are the current specifications for the Analog rail (I_a) with f_clk at 200 MHz. Are you asking what the leakage current is just for the Vin pin when in any state? I want to help you find what you are looking for, but I'm not entirely certain how to do this without the design database. If you have a suggestion on how this can be done, please let me know. Typically, I would say the leakage current is the current drawn when the part is put into a power-down state. The data sheet says this current is 0.3 mA for the I_A rail, so I would go with this number, if needed. Best Regards, Dan
