Mohsin, For DC-coupling use the THS4509 amplifier. You're best bet would be to adjust the proper jumpers listed in the user guide, and then remove the T5 transformer, and replace it with 0-ohm jumpers across pins 3-4 and pins 1-6. You will also want to place 0-ohm jumpers across C62 and C28. Obviously make sure your input signal is within spec of the THS4509 . Apart from that you will need to change the filter network on the output of the amplifier to pass 100kHz. As of now it passes 10M-58MHz. You can try playing around with TINA spice for component values you need. Thanks Yusuf
