Lakshmanan, DAC80508 and DAC81408 which you and Uttam have discussed in this thread are our most modern 16-bit, 8-CH, SPI interfaced DACs. In that regard they will be offering the best performance in terms of offset, gain, and INL errors as well as drift. Both devices offer the simultaneous update capability you have requested. DAC81408 is specifically well-tailored for this application as it natively offers the +/-10V output you require. We have published reference designs in the past which illustrate IEC61000-4 protection circuits, which I assume to be what you need to protect this design against. If there are additional tests, we would need to understand those as well. Otherwise, please refer to the following reference design (this one is for the DAC8775 which offers both voltage and current outputs, but you can just refer to the VOUT circuits from the document): http://www.ti.com/tool/TIPD216 In order to recommend an isolation device, we should have a clear understanding of which digital features you would find useful from either DAC device. DAC81408 , for example, offers several additional pins that are not functionally required to use the device but do offer additional functionality (LDAC, RESET, CLR, ALMOUT, etc.). With the number of inputs and outputs established, isolation devices can be looked into. In the end, it may be best to make a separate post about that on the isolation forum where the experts for those devices provide support. I will loop in someone from the ADC team to help provide expertise from that side.
