Part Number: ADS1115 Dear Sir We have been used ADS1115IRUGR TI ADC Device. And have met some problem like below 1. Problem. : When we using 3ch of 4ch single end input, sometimes 1 or 2ch input is higher than internal FSR Range (+/-2.048V). At that time, the digital output of the other normal input line came bigger of its own (over 5,000 code of 32767 / it couldn't noise), even that analog input voltage is surely in the range of FSR. : The device we bought in Aug 2018 doesn't show above problem. Only the one we bought in Dec 2018 have this problem. ( We bought this each 1,000 pcs Aug and Dec 2018) : If only few device have this problem, it could be device damage or leaks of failure, but whole device shows same results depending on their lots 2. Test Environments : FSR +/-2.048V : SPS - Middle Speed of Range : There is no digital communication Error. : VCC = 3.3V 3. Question : Is this device can be affected to the other analog input port by 1 or 2 port over flow? : Is there some difference among the different production lots We have been used so many kinds of TI components including this ADC till now. But we never met these kind of issue. Please help us and make me understand this problem. Lee JM
