Lee, If the ADC one one channel is overranged, it shouldn't affect the operation on another channel. The only case this might be a problem is if one input channel is much higher than VDD. This might affect the multiplexer operation for the other channels. Also, I'm not aware of any differences in the devices that we've made recently. I'll check when I'm in the office in the morning, but I don't think we've changed the device circuitry since this device was introduced 10 years ago. For your ADC problem, can you post back with more details? I'd like to know about the four measurments and the error that you get. For the four channels, what are the input voltages of each? What are the configuration settings for each (gain and data rate)? Are the measurements made in single-shot conversion mode, or in continuous conversion mode? In what channel order are the measurements made? When you get an error, what is the expected output value, and what is the error that you get? Can you provide a large set of output data? At this point, I'd like to collect more information about the error, and I'll check on any similar questions about this device. Joseph Wu
