Anuj, I'm sorry you're having problems with the ADS1118 right now. Because there are changes with the board between one build and another, there are a few things to check that might help. First, I would make sure the new boards are correctly configured. Make sure there aren't any shorts and that the outputs from the board are correctly labeled. You should also use a multimeter to verify the connections. If you have a chance, post the schematic back into this thread. Second, I would get an oscilloscope and verify the digital communications. There may be some subtle timing error and this causes some problems with communications with the device. Use an oscilloscope and post back a picture of the communications. You want to show enough detail to see the bits sent to the device and the data read back from the device. You'll want to verify the timing, and you'll want to show the /CS, DIN, DOUT, and SCLK.
