Hi Khoi, To do that you need some way to translate voltage to current. That can be done with a series resistor between the voltage you want to measure and the DDC input. It is a bit tricky as the input of the DDC is not exactly ground. It has a finite input impedance that makes the voltage on that node increase as current flowing into it increases.Still, that probably would just result on a gain error that can be calibrated out. I am not familiar with the rest of TI ADC portfolio but maybe the best for your would be to open a new question saying what type of ADC you are looking for, on the title. Otherwise other folks may be missing this question as the title talks about DDC. I'll check with an admin to see what is the procedure for that... Regards, Eduardo
