Hi Roberto, Based on the datasheet ratings we would not expect this behavior but it's clear that the TSC2004 in your image was severely electrically over-stressed. ESD can trigger the conduction of the internal absorption device which can cause issues if it's triggered while powered. Let me dig into the original ESD qualification reports to see if I can find any information. Until then, can you confirm if this happens to all units, one unit out of batch, etc.? Does it pass at lower levels?
