Part Number: TSW14J56EVM Hi! I have the exact problem with TSW14J56EVM (PCB REV E) as in the thread " TSW14J56EVM : Error while connecting to the board". I have checked the jumpers, power supply, re-installed, did not connect the board to the PC during or before the installation and re-installation . I have also tried another computer but it still doesn't appear a serial number to connect to in the GUI and the drivers name is "Cypress FX3 USB bootloader Device" every time. The only thing i haven't tried is to reprogramming the USB3.0. Do you suggest me to try that and where can I find the software? And if that doesn't work, might it be possible that my TSW14J56EVM can be defect? Best regards, Fernando
