Hi, I design a board for beamforming use LM96570 and LM96550 . I follow the power up steps in evaluation board TX-SDK-V2 user guide. Every time I power up +/-50v, and +/- 40V power supply the board is burned. I can see significant voltage drop shows in the power supply due to current limitation. I have check the power supply connections before power up. When design the board, I reference the schematic that the evaluation board gives. Here is my design schematic. Could you please give me some help and look at my designed schematic about why the chip lm96550 is always burned?
