Hello Yuan, You are correct and I apologize for not reading your post more carefully. The lowest output frequency of the LM96570 is 625KHz (page 19 of the datasheet). The PLL output frequency is 160MHz and the max divider is 256. This is because the input to the PLL has to be around 40MHz. The max frequency for the LM96550 is around 15MHz depending on the high voltage supply voltages (VPP & VNN). For the LM96511 , the lower operating frequency means a larger input coupling cap, but there is no low frequency limit on the Sigma Delta Converter ADC, or the rest of the circuit. So, you are correct that these components would not operate at the frequency range (40kHz - 100kHz) that you've specified. Regards, Hooman
