Hi Hooman, I need to ask you few more things, in my CIS sensor first 38 pixels are the inactive pixels so for this I need to configer AutoCLPIN register (page 6 Address 6 and 7) or Black Loop Start register (page 2 Address 8). Because during the inactive pixels period I'm getting some peaks just after the start pulse I don't know why see picture. Green = sensor output I have configured the Clamp and sample clock kindly check if its correct configuration or not because I'm not sure how what these clock seignals are doing Kindly also tell me about the function of Page 0 Address 3 registers bit 7 source follower and bit 1 sensor polarity.
