Nicolas: I am uncertain exactly what you mean by "warranty terms"; however, TI backs the performance of the device per the datasheet specifications and we support any device related issues. The 'DV200 is an older device that has been around for a while so there is no issues if that is the device that you are interested in. You may be interested in the ADS4229 which is a 12-bit, 250 MSPS device that has slightly better performance. TI most likely has a distributor in your area that will supply the devices. You can also acquire form international distributors like Digikey.
