Mahlet, Ryan was correct in that you had also set the GAINn[2:0] to 000 and it must be set to 001 to 110. In the end, what did you set these gain to? This would have been the sequence where you had originally set 45h 05h 01h 01h 01h 01h 01h 01h. What did you change these CHnSET to? Also, have you checked your board for anything different on channel 6? There might be a problem with the schematic or layout that causes an error. When you check the offset, I assume that you tie INxP and INxN, but what is the common-mode input when you do this? Are you able make measurements with this channel. Even with the offset, I'd connect this to some known input and see if the ADC reports a reasonable value. Joseph Wu
