Hi Aied, Our ADS1118 expert is on holiday at the moment, so there may be some delay in fully answering your application question. Can I ask you for a little clarification in the mean time though? Are you looking for a temperature range versus accuracy to be listed in the datasheet? If so, I don't know how practical that would be given the different types of thermocouples out there. However, if you review Table 2 on page 15, you can find a table of ENOB and (Noise Free Bits) values for given full scale ranges of the ADS1118 input. Can you equate the FSR of the ADS1118 to the voltage differential of your thermocouple across your desired temperature range?
