Hi Khoi, You are referring to the ADS1256 's internal input buffer, correct? Enabling the ADS1256 's internal buffer increases the input impedance of the ADC, is also causes a slight increase in noise. It is needed when using high-output impedance sensors, as the sensor output-impedance will interact with the ADC's input impedance and form a voltage divider (i.e. gain error). Unless your input source is already buffered, then I would usually recommend enabling the internal buffer.
