Hello Sai I think there may be a bug in the current version of firmware being loaded with JMODE2. If you are using a TSW14J57EVM Rev E board and have the latest version of HSDC Pro then you can try the following: Here is a new .ini file for JMODE2: /cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/73/ADC12DJxx00_5F00_JMODE2_5F00_16L_5F00_ADC_5F00_DDR.ini Copy this new file into the following folder location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\High Speed Data Converter Pro\14J57revE Details\ADC files Re-start HSDC Pro and the boards. Now when using JMODE2 select this alternate JMODE2 file name. It will load a different FPGA firmware that captures larger depths properly. Let me know if this helps. If you have an earlier board revision please let me know and I will see what other options are available. Best regards, Jim B
