Hi Victor, there is actually quite a lot that goes into generating those ADC data sheet SFDR plots - the single sources alone are never good enough HD wise so, at minimum, you need 1. Low phase noise synthesizer (several out there, Gigatronics 6080A is common) 2. A really good tuneable or fixed bandpass filter to cut off the source HD. Fixed ones are normally allen avionics or TTE. Some folks use the real expensive K&L tuneable bandpass like this one. They are on eBay sometimes and look like this - still real expensive. 3. Normally you do a coherent sample record so you don't have to do windowing - this is all in a char or ATE environment
