Dear Keith, Thanks a lot for your quick response. At the beginning we used the ADS17L01 ELV board but we connect it to our microcontroller , Nucleo L476RG board, then we decided to design one board which includes LCD, WIFI Module and ADS127l01 . As you can see in the attachment. Then, we connect this board to L476RG Nucleo board via pin headers. We tried several Filter and OSR alternatives but we could not get successful result. We want to measure AC and DC voltages. The frequency for AC measurments is between 20Hz and 10KHz. The current setting is OSR 11 Filter 00 CLK 1MHz SPI CLOCK (SCK) 20Mb/s. please see the attachments. you can watch the *dwf3work by free Waveforms DIGILENT software. my colleague believe that the problem is coming from Data ready because it is not always the same. in some periods it has some pulses and it is not stable as you can see int he pictures. As he told When frequency of DRDY is going high around 60KHz we take some wrong data and data is not stable. Thanks in advance.
