In AFE5818 EVM, 12 bit and 14 bit ADCs are there. For 12 bit ADC, the SNR is given in datasheet as 72dB. For 14bit ADC, the SNR is given in datasheet as 75dB. To calculate the SNR, the formula is (N*6.02+1.76). If we calculate as per this formula, 72dB is coming for 12 bit ADC. 84dB is coming for 14bit ADC. But in your datasheet 75dB is given. Could you give the better clarity between 12bit and 14bit ADC to me?
