Happy to help Ed. I have only worked with Windows computers so I can't offer much here. As far as installing the EVM software, make sure to run the executable as administrator and follow the user's guide order of operations before connecting the EVM via USB. The download can be difficult if a step is missed/incorrect - often resulting in starting the process over.
