Hello YT, Thank you for your post and welcome to our forum. Please review the register settings for lead-off detection (LOFF 03h). There is no internal resistor pull-up/pull-down method available in the ADS1292R . The RLD amplifier is needed to maintain a mid-supply common-mode voltage at the inputs. If the RLD amplifier is powered-down, the inputs are floating and may drift towards the positive/negative supply. The comparators are only looking at the absolute voltage on the input pin with respect to AVSS and comparing it to the configured threshold. If the input common-mode is not set by RLD, the comparators may indicate lead-off status incorrectly. Best Regards,
