Hi Rayan， Thank you for your reply. 1. does this mean if it detects pacing pulse, we can change the gain setting to make it work properly? 2. Attached the image, I am not sure if it shows correctly this time, but you can find the image in page85 of datasheet. It shows the start process of ADS1298R . And we are using 2.4V as reference. As your explaining, we can understand the amplitude of the test signal of VREF / 2400 x Gain. But the test signal is not fluctuated at 0 level，does the offset is the ADC offset voltage? is this offset voltage stable for each chip? Best Regards.
